Have you ever heard about the benefits of using natural products in your skincare routine? Well, I do and don't hesitate to use them. Although I found help in cosmetic products, before using them I tried many natural recipes that I thought would help me calm my acne a little.
One of them was that I used oatmeal masks with milk because it helps cleanse and brighten the skin, I mixed ground oats with milk until I got a soft paste and applied it to my face, I left the mask on for about 20 minutes before rinsing it off with water warm, it helped me a lot to combat the spots a little and hydrated my skin, I tried to do it twice a week.
In addition, another star product is aloe vera since I
decided to use it in the moments when I needed to calm and heal irritated skin,
I only used it at night, then I washed my face and it was shiny, I only did
this process 3 times a week.
I decided to do an "exfoliation", I mixed ground coffee with a little sugar, and applied it to my face in circular movements. However, after rinsing it off, I noticed that my skin not only felt rough but it also left me feeling irritated, in my case the mixture didn't work as I expected and my skin ended up redder and more sensitive. This experience taught me that although natural products can be beneficial, they are not always suitable for all skin types.
A tip that helped me a lot is to use ice on my face, it is
the best sensation I could have, it is refreshing and helps reduce pimples. I
usually placed it directly but only for 3 seconds, then I rested and continued
until it dissolved the ice cube.
Incorporating natural products into your skin care routine may be strange, but why not give natural a try and discover the magic for yourself? Your skin will thank you!
